We do our very best to have as many photos and video available for you to preview items but there are some consignors that have so many items to sell that it would be hard to capture each with a photo or video.
We also have auctions where we are able to send you a catalog or make it available to be downloaded to your home computer to print.
We have auction previews before the sale at scheduled dates and times. Private showings of real and personal property can be arranged by contacting us.

At all auctions you will need to register to bid at the sale.
If you plan on attending the sale in person, you may pre-register online and print your bid card at home. When you arrive all you will need to do is sign in. We have a very fast and efficient registration process at our auction events. We scan your drivers license and can print you a bid card in a matter of seconds.

If you plan on bidding online, you may register thru our website where you will then be approved for bidding online.
We also offer bidding by telephone. You may contact us after you have used our online pre-registration. We then will verify your registration and ask you some qualifying questions and prepare you for live bidding by telephone.

We give opportunities for professionals who represent their clients with the purchase of real and personal property. If representing a client as a buyer of real property please use our Broker/Realtor/Agent participation form. If representing a client for the purchase of personal property please contact us for details regarding registration.

Successfully winning real and personal property at auction is not always an easy task. If you are the winning bidder, we will process an invoice which will give you a detailed print out of the description and any associated fee’s or applicable taxes if any.
We accept cash or checks, bank drafts or cashier’s orders, wire transfers and credit cards for the sale of most personal property.

We are able to help you with shipping arrangements to have the items you purchased packed and shipped by use of any carrier and in some instances are able to offer delivery services.

Auctions begin promptly with opening notes, announcements and an invocation. We always pray for each auction. We ask the Lord’s blessings on both the buyer and seller and any other pressing needs expressed to us prior.

Real Estate Auctions go quickly and if it is your first Real Estate Auction you will be surprised that the auction can be over within a few minutes so this is why it is important to arrive early. True Blue Auction Team will be present comprised of an Auctioneer and ring staff. The ring staff are present to assist the Auctioneer in spotting bids and to make sure that they are all recorded with the Auctioneer.
